As you can tell, I've not been on here for a while. I do still get loads of messages and stuff though, so I thought I'd try and answer the most asked ones on here so you don't go without an answer.


What fabric did you use?
It'll be either craft velour, minky, fake fur or felt, it's all I use.

How did you make the face?
Iron-on transfers. I have a tutorial for it in my gallery.

Do you have a tutorial for...?
Have a look in the tutorial section of my gallery, if not, then no.

Can you make a tutorial for...?
No.
If it's a human, use one of my existing patterns and change it to look like who you want.
If it's something else, I can't help you.

Are you taking commissions?
No and I haven't for ages because I don't enjoy it any more.

Art trade?
No, sorry.

Can I sell plushies made from your patterns?
All apart from the button-jointed doll pattern.

Hey guys,

If you're an Etsy user and you're selling Pokémon inspired pieces of art, take them off the site!

I had an email from Etsy yesterday telling me they'd removed my Venonat plushie because someone from the Pokémon company (or similar) had noticed it wasn't an official Pokémon toy!

Thankfully, Etsy took the plush off their site and warned me not to put it back on, which is a helluva lot better than a lawsuit!

Just wanted to warn you in case more drastic charges are taken

Artists I Like To Keep An Eye On

Hi guys!

I got a job! I dunno how many of you know of a shop called 'Claire's Accessories' but I work there now. I'm a Christmas temp, but they're looking for someone to work on a 16 hour contract after the Christmas season, so I might have to take it if nothing else comes up. Because let's face it, I wanna work in Sexual Health, not in retail...

On top of that I'm still doing Chlamydia screenings for 15-24 year-olds on Saturdays. Then any other free time I get goes on commissions and other sewing projects!

I have a few pics I need to upload so I'm gonna do them one a day (hopefully) until they're all up

Are you all getting into the Christmas spirit? I am, I did some more shopping today It's so lovely to be with my family this year

Oh, there MAY be a few tutorials to come Just little tips and tricks

Artists I Like To Keep An Eye On

I dunno about the rest of the world, but for many in the UK November has been renamed 'Movember'! Have you heard about this?

Thousands of Men from the UK are growing moustaches all this month to raise awareness of prostate cancer and raise money for Prostate Cancer UK.

Prostate cancer can effect men of any age and is one of the most common male cancers in the UK.

And so I am asking you today to donate £1, $1 or whatever you can in any currency to my boyfriend AndyinMotion's Movember fund!

Every couple of days he will post a photo of himself with his moustache's progress! You can watch him become more of a pirate before your very eyes

Donations can come from bank accounts or Paypal, and should be a minimum of £1 or equivalent. You should also click the little tick box next to 'gift aid'! This means the government will add 25p to every pound you donate, with no extra cost to you!

Most of us have been affected by cancer in some way, whether we've been the victim of cancer ourselves, or we know someone who is fighting it, has beaten it, or sadly those who have died from it.
