This is Heart from Arcana Heart for ~Lycoris-Ousa 
I love everything about this plushie, I LOVE making pretty girls because of their pretty outfits and hairstyles
The little heartshaped flick on the top of ther head is make of fake fur, same as the hair, backed with felt with a pipecleaner inside to keep it sturdy (as it's too thin to stuff) Pipecleaners beccome so useful in these situations
